About British IPTV

A reseller, not a server operator

British IPTV is a reseller. The subscriptions run on servers operated by several providers whose service we resell; we do not run those servers ourselves. We take your order, deliver your log-in details and answer your support messages. When a fault sits on a provider's side, we say so and raise it with them.

The AromaOtt player app

Premium is used through the AromaOtt player app, which you can find at aromaott.com. AromaOtt is run by the same owner as British IPTV. Standard is used in a compatible IPTV app of your choice. Apps from other publishers, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate and IBO Player, appear here only as compatible players.

What we sell

A personal log-in for the plan and the duration you choose, paid once in pounds. Nothing renews automatically. The line-up changes from time to time, and the Channels page is the only place where channels are named. We do not sell a TV Licence, a VPN, a device or an app.

What we do not do

• We do not publish star ratings or customer reviews, because none have been collected on this site.
• We do not name broadcasters or sport competitions in our advertising.
• We do not promise support for every hour of the day. Support runs from 9 am to 2 am UK time.
• We do not state counts of channels, films or customers.

Your data

As a reseller, British IPTV has no access to what any customer watches on the providers' servers. It holds only the order data needed to deliver and support a plan, such as your email address, the plan and its dates. The Privacy policy lists each item and says what the AromaOtt app used with Premium records [to confirm: AromaOtt's own records of viewing].
