Renewal and end of plan

Last updated: 11/10/2026

This page explains what happens when the duration you chose comes to an end. Last updated: [to confirm: date].

One payment, no renewal

You choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and pay once, in pounds. Nothing renews automatically, and no payment is taken again unless you place a new order. There is no renewal to cancel; your 14-day right to cancel the order itself is explained in the Refund policy.

When the period starts

Your period starts [to confirm: when the log-in details are sent or when you first log in]. The end date is [to confirm: how the end date is shown, for example in the app or on request].

What happens at the end

When the period ends, your log-in details stop working in your app. The app, your favourites and your settings stay on your device, and they carry on working if you renew with the same log-in [to confirm: whether the same log-in details are kept on renewal].

How to continue

Renewing means placing a new order from the plans page, for the plan and duration you want. You can renew before or after the end date [to confirm: whether time is added on to the end date if you renew early]. The price is the one shown on the plans page when you order.

Reminders

[to confirm: whether we send a reminder by WhatsApp before the end date, and how many days before. If not, note the end date.]

Stopping early

[to confirm: whether a plan can be paused.] If you stop using it early, your cancellation rights and any refund are set out in the Refund policy.
