Terms and conditions

Last updated: 11/10/2026

These terms apply to orders placed on this site. By ordering you confirm that you have read them. Last updated: [to confirm: date].

1. Who we are

The site is run under the name British IPTV by [to confirm: legal or trading name], company number [to confirm: company number], VAT number [to confirm: VAT registration number, or a statement that the business is not VAT-registered], whose address is [to confirm: registered or geographic address]. Our email address is [to confirm: support email]. Our WhatsApp number is +33 7 74 02 33 33, and support is open 9 am to 2 am, UK time. The About page gives the same details.

2. What we sell

We sell access to an IPTV service for a plan and duration you choose, in the form of personal log-in details to enter in a compatible app [to confirm: log-in formats supplied]. British IPTV is a reseller: it passes on a service that several other providers run on their own servers, and it operates none of those servers. Premium is the plan that goes with the AromaOtt player app, a service of the same owner. We do not sell a device, a TV Licence or a VPN. The AromaOtt app is [to confirm: how the app is obtained with Premium and whether it is charged for separately]. Other apps appear only as compatible and belong to their publishers.

3. Plans and prices

Standard and Premium are each sold for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The price of each is shown in pounds sterling on the plans page. Each plan is a one-off payment for the duration you choose. Nothing renews automatically. The price shown when you order is the price for that order. [to confirm: whether the prices shown include VAT; the E-Commerce Regulations 2002 require a price to say whether it includes tax.]

4. Ordering

You order by choosing a plan and a duration and following the order steps [to confirm: order route, by WhatsApp message or on a checkout page]. The contract is formed when [to confirm: when an order is accepted, for example when payment is received and we confirm it].

5. Payment

You can pay by [to confirm: payment methods that can actually be charged]. Payment is taken in pounds. If your card is issued in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount and may charge a fee.

6. Delivery and start

Support sends the log-in details by WhatsApp when it is open, 9 am to 2 am UK time [to confirm: typical delay]. The period you have bought starts [to confirm: when the details are sent or when you first log in].

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel. Your log-in details are digital content supplied without a tangible medium, so if you want the service to start inside those 14 days we may start it only with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once the supply has begun; we record both before the service is started [to confirm: how the consent and acknowledgement are collected and recorded, for example a checkout consent box, which is not yet in place, or your order message]. If the service is started in that period without them, you are not liable to pay for the content supplied in that period. Your other rights are in the Refund policy.

8. Using the service

Log-in details are personal to you. The number of devices that can watch at the same time is the number in your plan [to confirm: devices at once for each plan]. [to confirm: rules on sharing, reselling and use outside the household.]

9. Content, line-up and quality

The line-up of channels and on-demand titles can change, and channels are named only on the Channels page [to confirm: channel list]. Picture quality depends on your plan, your device, your app and your broadband, none of which we control. Faults on a provider's servers are raised with that provider, and we tell you when that is the case.

10. If something is wrong

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you when digital content or a service falls short of its description, of satisfactory quality or of fitness for purpose; nothing in these terms reduces that protection. Contact support first; we will check your account and the stream. The Refund policy sets out what we do if a fault cannot be fixed.

11. Renewal

A plan ends on its own at the end of its duration. To continue, you place a new order; see Renewal.

12. Our liability

[to confirm: limits on liability, drafted or checked by a solicitor.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Your data

How we use personal data is in the Privacy policy. As a reseller we have no access to what you watch on the providers' servers [to confirm: what the AromaOtt app, used with Premium and run by the same owner, records about viewing].

14. Complaints

If you are unhappy, write to us as described on the Complaints page.

15. Governing law

[to confirm: governing law and courts, for example the law of England and Wales, with the consumer's right to bring a claim in their home nation of the UK.]

16. Contact

WhatsApp: +33 7 74 02 33 33. Email: [to confirm: support email]. Hours: 9 am to 2 am, UK time.
