The AromaOtt player app is the app you use with the British IPTV Premium plan. It is made and run by the owner of British IPTV, so the shop and the player come from the same people rather than from an unrelated third-party publisher. This page explains what the app does, how you sign in and which devices it runs on.
AromaOtt is a player for Android phones and tablets, Android TV, Google TV and the Amazon Fire TV Stick. You do not paste playlist links into it. You sign in with the username and password you receive after your order, and your account opens inside the app.
The app has no sign-up of its own and comes with no content of its own: it opens the account that goes with your British IPTV Premium plan. The Standard plan works differently, because its log-in is entered in a compatible third-party app of your choice; Standard or Premium sets the two side by side.
Our WhatsApp support can set it up with you if you would like company for the first sign-in. It is staffed from 9 am to 2 am UK time on +33 7 74 02 33 33.
On a TV the app switches to a TV mode built around the remote control, with large, clear screens and simple arrow-key navigation. Typing a password with a remote is slow, so the TV shows a code and you approve it on your phone. Once approved, the TV is signed in to your account.
The app runs on Android phones and tablets, on Android TV and Google TV, and on the Amazon Fire TV Stick. If you are unsure whether your model is supported, ask on WhatsApp before you buy.
Premium is a one-off payment in pounds for the duration you choose, and nothing renews. There is no repeating charge to cancel, so a plan simply ends when the period you paid for ends.
